We want you to love every item you purchase from NotebookTherapy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused stationery items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Please include your order slip or a note with your order number inside the box.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
